Introduction

The M.E VLSI Design program is a two-year postgraduate program that focuses on the design and development of Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems. The program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge to design and develop complex electronic systems, from digital circuits to system-on-chip (SoC) designs.

The program is focused on educating the next generation of engineers who can design, develop, and optimize complex electronic systems, from small-scale microcontrollers to large-scale data centers. Our faculty members are renowned experts in their field, with extensive industry experience and a passion for mentoring students.

Our laboratories are equipped with the latest technology and software, allowing students to gain practical experience in designing and developing complex VLSI systems.

We are pioneering the development of VLSI designs that harness the potential of emerging memory technologies, such as Resistive Random Access Memory (RRAM) and Phase-Change Memory (PCM). This innovative approach enables the creation of advanced electronic systems that are more complex, powerful, and energy-efficient, ultimately driving technological advancements that transform our world.
